I spent fifteen years as a Speech Language Pathologist and after watching people's health decline, I decided I wanted to be on the preventative side of health.
For years I fell prey to diet culture and every piece of information being put out there. I researched everything. Tried most of it.
A back injury changed everything. What followed was hard: setbacks, fear and more than a year of physical therapy before I ever walked into a weight room.
But in that process, working through the pain, learning to stop reacting and start understanding, something shifted. And lifting weights changed my life.
Not just physically. It changed what I believed was true. I started eating to fuel my body, to build muscle, to actually understand what changes body composition.
Today, I combine my background in healthcare with evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and behavior change coaching to help women stop starting over and build results they can sustain.

Both programs include: The Breakthrough Conversation — a private 60 minute session before we begin. This is where we start. Where I get to know you, understand what's actually been getting in the way, and build the foundation for everything that comes next.
I work with a small number of women at a time because guidance, relationship, and attention to detail are important to understanding what's actually happening in your life and what makes a coaching relationship successful.
