Iced Coffee Collagen Shake

Favorite morning shake on the go! Packed with healthy nutrients to start your day.





Do you love lattes? Yeah me too, but wanted to start my day with something more nutritious that gives me that same feeling as if I'm drinking a latte. No more waiting in lines to get your latte or drinking empty calories as this saves you time and is packed with macronutrients to help your brain and body feel it's best! You can even double or triple the recipe to help plan out your breakfast for those busy weeks.


Iced Coffee Collagen Shake


Ingredients:


  • 4 oz unsweetened coffee

  • 1/4 of an avocado

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other unsweetened nut milk)

  • 1-2 scoops favorite protein powder (chocolate tastes great!)

  • 1 Tbsp liquid collagen

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1-2 Tbsp MCT oil

  • 1/2 cup almonds (can also choose other nuts such as macadamia or walnuts)

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 6 ice cubs

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until desired consistency. Double or triple the recipe to easily plan out your healthy breakfast for the next 3 days to save you time and give your body a nutritious start to the day.
